Common use of Establishment of New Series Clause in Contracts

Establishment of New Series. Pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Indenture, there is hereby established a series of Notes having the terms, in addition to those set forth in the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture, set forth in the form of Note, attached to this Supplemental Indenture as Exhibit A, which are incorporated herein as a part of this Supplemental Indenture. In addition to the initial aggregate principal amount of the Notes issued on the date hereof, the Company may issue additional Notes under the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Indenture.

Establishment of New Series. Pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Indenture, there is hereby established a series of the Series E Notes having the terms, in addition to those set forth in the Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture, set forth in the form of Series E Note, attached to this First Supplemental Indenture as Exhibit A, which are is incorporated herein as a part of this First Supplemental Indenture. In addition to the initial aggregate principal amount of the Series E Notes issued on the date hereofSeries Issue Date, the Company may issue additional Series E Notes under the Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Indenture.

In addition to the initial aggregate principal amount of the each series of Notes issued on the date hereof, the Company may issue additional Notes of a series under the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Indenture.

In addition to the initial aggregate principal amount of the Series F Notes issued on the date hereofSeries Issue Date, the Company may issue additional Series F Notes under the Indenture and this Second Supplemental Indenture in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Indenture.
