Common use of Establishment of Official Project File Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Official Project File. The Participating County shall establish an official file for the Project (the “Official Project File”). The file shall contain adequate documentation of all actions that have been taken with respect to the Project, in accordance with generally accepted government accounting principles and the requirements for record retention for capital projects constructed with the proceeds of tax exempt bonds. The Participating County will provide a copy of such file to the Department upon termination of this Agreement. The documents to be retained shall include, but is not limited to contracts, payment of invoices, transfer of funds and other related accounting records.
