Establishment of Series 2021-A Accounts. (i) HVF III has established and maintained, and shall continue to maintain, in the name of, and under the control of, the Trustee for the benefit of the Series 2021-A Noteholders three securities accounts: the Series 2021-A Principal Collection Account (such account, the “Series 2021-A Principal Collection Account”), the Series 2021-A Interest Collection Account (such account, the “Series 2021-A Interest Collection Account”) and the Series 2021-A Reserve Account (such account, the “Series 2021-A Reserve Account”).
