Common use of Establishment of Subaccounts Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Subaccounts. (a) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021A Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 Series A Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Rebate Fund; (vi) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vii) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (viii) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account. (b) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021B Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 Series B Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (vi) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account.

Establishment of Subaccounts. (a) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021A Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2002 Series A subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 Series A Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 2002 Series A subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iii) the 2002 Series A subaccount of the Loan Recycling Account; (iv) the 2021 2002 Series A subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 2002 Series A subaccount of the Rebate Fund; (vi) the 2021 2002 Series A subaccount of the Excess Earnings Fund; (vii) the 2002 Series A subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (viiviii) the 2021 2002 Series A subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; andFund which shall include the 2002 Series A subaccount of the Authority Payment Account; (viiiix) the 2021 2002 Series A subaccount of the Class II Debt Service Fund; (x) the 2002 Series A subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account; and (xi) the 2002 Series A subaccount of the Class II Special Redemption Account. (b) The following subaccounts are There is also hereby created and established in connection with a Bond Purchase Fund to be held by the 2021B Bonds as special trust funds within Tender Agent. For purposes of this Series Indenture, the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2002 Series B subaccount A subaccounts of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of Redemption Fund include the 2021 2002 Series B Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (vi) the 2021 Series B subaccount A subaccounts of the Class I Special Redemption Account and the Class II Special Redemption Account.

(a) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021A 2023B Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 2023 Series A B Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Rebate Fund; (vi) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vii) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (viii) the 2021 2023 Series A B subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account. (b) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021B 2023C Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2023 Series B C subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 2023 Series B C Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 2023 Series B C subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 2023 Series B C subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 2023 Series B C subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 2023 Series B C subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (vi) the 2021 2023 Series B C subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account.

(a) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021A Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2017 Series A subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 Series A Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 2017 Series A B subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Acquisition Account; (iii) the 2021 2017 Series A subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Rebate Fund; (vi) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vii) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (viii) the 2021 Series A subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account. (b) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021B Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 Series B Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 Series B subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 Series A/B subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 2017 Series B subaccount of the Loan Recycling Account; (v) the 2017 Series A subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (vi) the 2017 Series B subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (vvii) the 2021 2017 Series B subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (viii) the 2017 Series A subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and; (viix) the 2021 2017 Series B A subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account; (x) the 2017 Series B subaccount of the Class II Debt Service Fund; (xi) the 2017 Series B subaccount of the Class II Special Redemption Account; (xii) the 2017 Series A Refunding Account, created as a special temporary account in the Program Fund pursuant to Section 5.1(f) of the Master Indenture; and (xiii) the 2017 Series B Refunding Account, created as a special temporary account in the Program Fund pursuant to Section 5.1(f) of the Master Indenture. (b) There is also hereby created and established a Bond Purchase Fund to be held by the Paying Agent.

Establishment of Subaccounts. (a) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021A 2024C Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 2024 Series A C Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Rebate Fund; (vi) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vii) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (viii) the 2021 2024 Series A C subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account. (b) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021B 2024D Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2024 Series B D subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 2024 Series B D Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 2024 Series B D subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 2024 Series B D subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 2024 Series B D subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 2024 Series B D subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (vi) the 2021 2024 Series B D subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account.

Establishment of Subaccounts. (a) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021A 2023D Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 2023 Series A D Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Rebate Fund; (vi) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vii) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (viii) the 2021 2023 Series A D subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account. (b) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021B 2023E Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 2023 Series B E subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 2023 Series B E Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 2023 Series B E subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 2023 Series B E subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 2023 Series B E subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 2023 Series B E subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (vi) the 2021 2023 Series B E subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account.

(a) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021A 2021C Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 Series A C Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Rebate Fund; (vi) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund; (vii) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (viii) the 2021 Series A C subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account. (b) The following subaccounts are hereby created and established in connection with the 2021B 2021D Bonds as special trust funds within the Funds and Accounts created and established pursuant to the Master Indenture: (i) the 2021 Series B D subaccount of the Acquisition Account, which shall consist of the 2021 Series B D Restricted Loan Subaccount; (ii) the 2021 Series B D subaccount of the Negative Arbitrage Account; (iii) the 2021 Series B D subaccount of the Cost of Issuance Account; (iv) the 2021 Series B D subaccount of the Revenue Fund; (v) the 2021 Series B D subaccount of the Class I Debt Service Fund; and (vi) the 2021 Series B D subaccount of the Class I Special Redemption Account.
