Establishment of the Budget. The Parties’ goal is to establish by each May 30th an approved budget for the next calendar year. To accomplish the goal, the Project Manager, in consultation with the Parties, shall prepare: (a) A proposed budget for the upcoming calendar year; and (b) A detailed forecast of the timing of expenditures contained in the proposed budget.
