ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PLAN AND TRUST. 2.01 The Corporation hereby establishes a Recognition and Retention Plan and Trust upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. 2.02 The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust and agrees to hold the Trust assets existing on the date of this Agreement and all additions and accretions thereto upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
