Estimate Reconciliation. It may be necessary to revise a Completed Package, such as in response to an estimate prepared by a policyholder’s contractor, (“Estimate Reconciliation”). In many cases, Estimate Reconciliation may involve further discussions with the policyholder or the policyholder’s contractor. Vendor is responsible for performing Estimate Reconciliations as necessary for Completed Packages prepared by Vendor. This will be performed by Vendor at no additional charge. However, if agreed to by the Parties, then Vendor may also perform Estimate Reconciliations for claims not originally adjusted by the Vendor.
