Common use of Estimated Energy Projection Clause in Contracts

Estimated Energy Projection. 9.2.1 Within thirty (30) Days following the Commercial Operations Date, the Seller shall notify the Power Purchaser, of its projection estimated in good faith for Net Electrical Output on monthly basis (or any part Months as the case may be) for the reminder of the year, or, if the Commercial Operations Date occurs within one hundred and eighty (180) Days of the end of a year, for the reminder of that year and the following year.
