Observation Visits. Observation visits are visits by the evaluator to observe the employee in the classroom or his/her regularly scheduled work environment. Instructional Assistants, Integration Assistants, ABA Assistants, Job Coaches, Library Assistants, Nurse’s Assistants, Permanent Substitutes and In-School Suspension Supervisors shall be observed while working with students at least once each school year. Teachers with whom Educational Support Professionals regularly work may also be consulted to share verbal input regarding performance. One designated evaluator will evaluate each employee. At the beginning of each school year, the employee shall be told who the evaluator will be. If it is necessary to change the evaluator during the course of the school year, the employee shall be promptly notified of said change. Observations will be completed between October 1st and April 15th of each school year. Following the observation visit, the evaluator and the employee will meet. Together they will discuss the observation visit and the preliminary report created by the evaluator. Commendations and suggestions for improvement will be discussed and included in the written report. The written observation report will be given to the employee within ten (10) school days of the post-observation conference. The report will be signed by both the evaluator and the employee, and the employee will receive a copy of the same. The employee will have the right to include a written response to the evaluation, and the response will be viewed by the Superintendent and become part of the evaluation placed in the folder.
Observation Visits. (a)The Purchaser shall have the right, on a recurring basis and upon reasonable prior notice to the Seller to have the Purchaser’s, the Grid System Operator’s and the System Operator’s officers, employees, and representatives observe the progress of the Construction Works and the Seller Interconnection Works and the operation of the Complex. The Seller shall comply with all reasonable requests of the Purchaser, the Grid System Operator and the System Operator for, and assist in arranging, any such observation visits. The Purchaser’s, the Grid System Operator’s and the System Operator’s visits shall be reasonable both in terms of the frequency of such visits and the number of persons. All persons visiting the Complex, or the Site on behalf of the Purchaser, the Grid System Operator and the System Operator shall comply with the Seller’s and its Contractors’ generally applicable safety regulations and procedures made available to such persons and shall comply with the reasonable instructions and directions of the Seller and its Contractors, and shall not unreasonably cause any interference with or disruption to the activities of the Seller or its Contractors on the Site.
Observation Visits. The AJ&K/Provincial Government shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to the Company, to observe the construction, testing and operation and maintenance of the Complex. The Company shall comply with all reasonable requests of the AJ&K/Provincial Government for, and assist in arranging, any such observation visits to the Complex. All persons visiting the Complex on behalf of the AJ&K/Provincial Government shall comply with the reasonable instructions and directions of the Company or the Contractors. Such visits to the Complex shall not be construed in any manner as an endorsement or warranty by the AJ&K/Provincial Government of any aspect of the design, construction, operation or maintenance of the Complex.

  • Observation The Town shall have the right to make reasonable engineering observations at the Developer's expense, as the Town may request. Observation, acquiescence in, or approval by any engineering inspector of the construction of physical facilities at any particular time shall not constitute the approval by the Town of any portion of the construction of such Public Improvements. Such approval shall be made by the Town only after completion of construction and in the manner hereinafter set forth.

  • Observations The Evaluator’s first observation of the Educator should take place by November 15. Observations required by the Educator Plan should be completed by May 15th. The Evaluator may conduct additional observations after this date. The Evaluator is not required nor expected to review all the indicators in a rubric during an observation.

  • Observation Conference 1. All formal observations shall be preceded by a conference between the evaluator and the teacher in order for the teacher to explain plans and objectives for the work situation to be observed.

  • Informal Observation Additional evaluation of employees may occur through informal observations by the Employer. It may not be necessary to reduce such evaluations to writing, and a verbal discussion between the Employer and the employee concerning the informal observations may suffice. If a written evaluation is deemed necessary, Procedures C and D as outlined above shall be followed.

  • Formal Observation The instructional employee and the principal/administrator shall review using the mid-year Reflection Questions in the evaluation manual – Student Achievement Outcomes and make adjustments as needed to increase the likelihood of a positive goal outcome.

  • Formal Observations 1. A minimum of two (2) formal observations shall be conducted to support the final summative evaluation. All formal observations shall last a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive minutes and will take place between September 15 and April 30. There will be a minimum of fifteen (15) work days between the first two (2) formal observations.

  • Construction Observation The Consultant shall make periodic on-site observations of the Project in accordance with Exhibit A. The purpose of the on-site observations will be to observe the progress and quality of the construction work being carried on to determine if the work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Documents. Unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A, the Consultant shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site observations to check the quality or quantity of the work.

  • Informal Observations A. An informal observation is an observation that is not required to be pre-scheduled.
