Estimated Time Frame. Barring any unforeseen events arising from the fulfillment of conditions set in the SPA, the Proposed Land Acquisition is expected to be completed no later than (5) years from the Effective Date. The estimated timeframe for submission of the application to the relevant authorities is expected to be made within the CP fulfilment period.
