Estimating the value of security if. the Trader is a new trader: If the Trader has not previously entered into a contract with the Distributor for access to the Network, the Distributor must estimate the value of security required under clause 10.6 for the first 6 months of this Agreement, subject to any reassessment of the value under this Agreement, having regard to: (a) the Distributor’s historical records of the Distribution Service charges in respect of the relevant ICPs; or (b) in the absence of such records, a bona fide business plan prepared by the Trader in good faith is necessary for the Distributor to determine the value of security that it requires from the Trader.
