ET Plant Maintenance consultative committee. The parties agree to establishing an ET Stream Consultative Committee to:  Review the current progression arrangements.  Where relevant, enhance or develop new progression principles.  Manage the implementation of ET progression principles and qualifications applicable to the streams.  Ensure the intent of “commitment to training” within the Growing the Business clause is a guiding principle for the Company‟s business needs.  Facilitate an accessible progression process for individual business needs in accordance with the principles of commitment to training using the assessment resources available to the company.  Review any relevant CI competencies and review outcomes such as Cat 3 Operator licensing to applicable ET employees.  Consult on other related issues of an industrial nature relevant to Plant Maintenance employees.
