Common use of ETHICS COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

ETHICS COMPLIANCE. The Contractor and its Staff shall comply with the requirements of Public Officers Law §§ 73 and 74, and other State codes, rules and regulations establishing ethical standards for the conduct of business with New York State. Failure to comply with those provisions may result in termination of the Agreement and/or other civil or criminal proceedings as required by law.
