Safety Compliance. Comply with Site safety programs, as they apply to RPR, and if required to do so by such safety programs, receive safety training specifically related to RPR’s own personal safety while at the Site.

The Tenant shall keep the Premises equipped with all safety appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulations of any public authority because of the manner of use made by the Tenant and to procure all licenses and permits so required because of such manner of use and, if requested by the Landlord, do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way the Tenant’s Permitted Uses.
Safety Compliance. To the extent applicable, the Grantee agrees to comply with any Federal regulations, laws, or policy and other guidance that FRA or U.S. DOT may issue pertaining to safety in general, and in the performance of this Agreement, in particular.

Supplier shall promptly comply, and shall at all times during the performance of this Contract, take all measures and precautions necessary to ensure that subcontractors and the representatives, agents, employees and invitees of Supplier or of any subcontractor shall promptly comply, with any and all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, procedures, ordinances, orders, decrees, decisions, restrictions, permits and licenses of any national or local authority regarding the prevention of accidents or fires and the elimination of accident hazards, fire hazards or unsafe practices. These shall include, without limitation, requests made by any governmental authority to initiate corrective actions for any deficiencies.

Tenant shall conduct such periodic tests, evaluations or certifications of safety appliances and laboratory equipment as are required or recommended in accordance with generally accepted standards for good laboratory practice to ensure that such safety appliances and equipment remain in good working order, and shall, upon Landlord’s reasonable request but not more often than two (2) times in any calendar year, provide to Landlord copies of such reports, evaluations and certifications.
Safety Compliance. Provider and Provider Personnel shall, when providing Services on Purchasing Entity premises, conduct their activities so that Provider's equipment, working conditions, and methods are safe and without risk to health for any users of the Purchasing Entity premises. Provider Personnel who enter Purchasing Entity premises shall comply in all respects with all reasonable workplace safety and security procedures or guidelines that the Purchasing Entity may designate from time to time. In the event that any individual Provider Personnel disregards such procedures or guidelines, or uses the Purchasing Entity premises for purposes other than providing the Services, the Purchasing Entity may, at its election and in addition to its other remedies at law or in equity or its other contractual remedies, request that the non-compliant individual immediately cease performing the Services or exclude such individual from Purchasing Entity premises.
Safety Compliance. The Department is entitled from time to time to issue Safety Compliance Orders to Developer with respect to the Project to correct a specific safety condition or risk involving the Project that the Department has reasonably determined exists through investigation or analysis.

Safety Compliance. It shall be the CONTRACTOR’S sole responsibility to comply with all Local, State and Federal rules and regulations while performing work for the City. These regulations include, but are not limited to: Confined Space, Lock-out/Tag-out, Hazard Communications, Personal Protective Equipment, Excavation Safety, Respiratory Protection, and Hot Work Permits.
