Any lawful recognized market in which deposits of Dollars and the relevant Optional Currencies are offered by international banking units of United States banking institutions and by foreign banking institutions to each other and in which foreign currency and exchange operations or eurocurrency funding operations are customarily conducted. Eurocurrency Lending Office. Initially, the office of each Bank designated as such on Schedule 1 hereto; thereafter, such other office of such Bank, if any, that shall be making or maintaining Eurocurrency Rate Loans.
