Eurocurrency Loans. The Loans constituting each Eurocurrency Borrowing shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted LIBO Rate for the related Interest Period for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin.
Eurocurrency Loans. At any time that any Eurocurrency Loan is affected by the circumstances described in Section 3.6(a)(ii) or (iii), the Borrower may (and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Loan affected by the circumstances described in Section 3.6(a)(iii), shall) either (i) if the affected Eurocurrency Loan has not yet been made or the conversion to such Eurocurrency Loan has not yet been accomplished, by giving the Administrative Agent telephonic notice (confirmed in writing) on the same date that the Borrower was notified by the affected Lender or the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 3.6(a)(ii) or (iii), cancel the respective Borrowing, or (ii) if the affected Eurocurrency Loan is then outstanding, upon at least three Business Days’ written notice to Administrative Agent, require the affected Lender to convert such Eurocurrency Loan into a Base Rate Loan, provided, that if more than one Lender is affected at any time, then all affected Lenders must be treated the same pursuant to this Section 3.6(b).
Eurocurrency Loans. Each Eurocurrency Loan made or maintained by a Lender shall bear interest under the Notes during each Interest Period it is outstanding (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed) on the unpaid principal amount thereof from the date such Loan is advanced, continued or created by conversion from a Base Rate Loan until maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin plus the Adjusted LIBOR applicable for such Interest Period, payable in arrears on the last day of the Interest Period and at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise), and, if the applicable Interest Period is longer than three months, on each day occurring every three months after the commencement of such Interest Period.
Eurocurrency Loans. The Borrower agrees to pay interest in respect of the unpaid principal amount of each Eurocurrency Loan at a rate per annum equal to the relevant Eurocurrency Rate plus the Applicable Eurocurrency Margin, from the date the proceeds thereof are made available to the Borrower (or, if such Eurocurrency Loan was converted from a Base Rate Loan, the date of such conversion) until the earlier of (i) the maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) of such Eurocurrency Loan and (ii) the conversion of such Eurocurrency Loan to a Base Rate Loan pursuant to Section 2.6.
Eurocurrency Loans. Each Eurocurrency Loan made or maintained by a Lender shall bear interest during each Interest Period it is outstanding (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed except for Eurocurrency Loans denominated in Pounds Sterling which shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days and actual days elapsed) on the unpaid principal amount thereof from the date such Loan is advanced, continued, or created by conversion from a Domestic Rate Loan until maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin plus the Adjusted LIBOR applicable for such Interest Period, payable on the last day of the Interest Period and at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise), and, if the applicable Interest Period is longer than three months, on each day occurring every three months after the commencement of such Interest Period.
Eurocurrency Loans. Each applicable Borrower agrees to pay interest in respect of the unpaid principal amount of such Borrower’s Eurocurrency Loans from the date the proceeds thereof are made available to such Borrower (or, if such Eurocurrency Loan was converted from a Base Rate Loan, the date of such conversion) until the earlier of (i) the maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) of such Eurocurrency Loan or (ii) the conversion of such Eurocurrency Loan to a Base Rate Loan pursuant to Section 2.6 at a rate per annum equal to the (other than a B/A Loan) relevant Eurocurrency Rate plus the Applicable Eurocurrency Margin.
Eurocurrency Loans. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.06(f), the Loans comprising each Eurocurrency Borrowing, including each European Swingline Loan denominated in GBP or Swiss Francs, shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time.
Eurocurrency Loans. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all outstanding Eurocurrency Loans (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) as of the Effective Date shall remain outstanding as Eurocurrency Loans until the end of the Interest Period applicable thereto as of the Effective Date (immediately prior to the effectiveness of this Agreement) and thereafter shall be converted to ABR Loans or Term Benchmark Loans, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Eurocurrency Loans. While such Loan is a Eurocurrency Loan, a rate per annum for each Interest Period for such Loan equal to the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin as in effect from time to time, interest under this clause (ii) to be payable on the last day of such Interest Period and, if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on the date three months after the first day of such Interest Period, and on each date on which such Eurocurrency Loan shall be Continued or Converted and on the date of each payment of principal thereof.
Eurocurrency Loans. Each Eurocurrency Loan made or maintained by a Bank shall bear interest during each Interest Period it is outstanding (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed) on the unpaid principal amount thereof from the date such Loan is advanced, continued, or created by conversion from a Base Rate Loan until maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin plus the Adjusted LIBOR applicable for such Interest Period, payable on the last day of the Interest Period and at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise), and, if the applicable Interest Period is longer than three months, on each day occurring every three months after the commencement of such Interest Period. All payments of principal and interest on a Loan (whether a Base Rate Loan or Eurocurrency Loan) shall be made in U.S. Dollars.
