Common use of Eurodollar Loans Clause in Contracts

Eurodollar Loans. During such periods as the Tranche A Term Loan shall be comprised in whole or in part of Eurodollar Loans, such Eurodollar Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate. Interest on the Tranche A Term Loan shall be payable in arrears on each applicable Interest Payment Date (or at such other times as may be specified herein).

Eurodollar Loans. During such periods as the Tranche A B Term Loan shall be comprised in whole or in part of Eurodollar Loans, such Eurodollar Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate. Interest on the Tranche A Term B Loan shall be payable in arrears on each applicable Interest Payment Date (or at such other times as may be specified herein).

Rate for such Interest Period plus 3.00%; Interest on the Tranche A Term B Loan shall be payable in arrears on each applicable Interest Payment Date (or at such other times as may be specified herein).
