Common use of EV Charger Clause in Contracts

EV Charger. What is included? Reimbursement We approve in advance for replacement of the following connected to Your Home’s Interior Electric for which You have sole responsibility, that is damaged due to normal wear and tear: • 1 broken, failed, or hazardous level 2 electrical charging device used for the charging of plug-in electric vehicles, including plug-in hybrid vehicles. See “How can You request reimbursement?” below. What is the maximum amount We will reimburse? • The purchase price of a new EV Charger up to $500 per Term (“Benefit Limit”).
