Evaluation and Improvement Program. The purpose of this supplemental evaluation 12 procedure is to provide a specific program for improvement to employees who have received 13 unsatisfactory evaluations. 14 1. The evaluator(s) shall conduct a meeting(s) with the evaluatee for the purpose of 15 explaining, interpreting and discussing: 16 a. Evaluation process and procedures, including the identity of the evaluators. 17 b. Specific objectives, procedures, and performance expectations for the employee. 18 c. Inservice and personal professional development activities to be undertaken by 19 the evaluatee and the expected results. 20 2. The evaluator will provide the evaluatee with a specific evaluation program. This 21 program will provide prompt comment on evaluative situations, and written 22 evaluations and conference(s) at least each semester. The evaluation program will 23 include frequent observations and/or evaluation situations as provided in the 24 program.
