Evaluation of Corrective Action; Further Action. Following the end of the agreed time table in Section 5.3 above, AUTHORIZER shall determine whether the corrective actions were taken in a timely manner and whether the actions taken produced the desired outcome. Such determination shall be made using the timetable and rubric agreed to by the parties. If the corrective action did not produce the intended outcome, AUTHORIZER may proceed to take other actions under this Exhibit and this Agreement and under the Tennessee Public Charter Schools Act of 2002, as amended.
