Evaluation of Existing Conditions. Existing traffic conditions will be evaluated based on existing traffic volumes at the study intersections. The existing traffic conditions at the study intersections within the City of Menlo Park will be evaluated using the software VISTRO, which employs the 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Manual (HCM) methodology for intersection analyses. The remaining two study intersections in the City of East Palo Alto will be evaluated using the VISTRO software based on the 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Manual methodology, pending the approval of the City of East Palo Alto. Roadway segment analysis will be based on City of Menlo Park guidelines.

The VISTRO calculations will be adjusted as necessary to reflect observed traffic conditions.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions The Contractor acknowledges that it has been provided unrestricted access to the existing improvements and conditions on the Project site and that it has thoroughly investigated those conditions. Contractor’s investigation was instrumental in preparing its Proposal to perform the Work.   • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • Transition from Existing Evaluation System A) The parties may agree that 50% of more of Educators in the district will be evaluated under the new procedures at the outset of this Agreement, and 50% or fewer will be evaluated under the former evaluation procedures for the first year of implementation of the new procedures in this Agreement.
