Evaluation of Proposed Change Order. Within 30 days after receipt of such notice, or longer or shorter period as the Parties may mutually agree depending upon the complexity of the proposed change, TxDOT shall deliver to Developer a written evaluation of the proposed change, together with TxDOT’s analysis and supporting documentation supporting estimated adjustments to any applicable element of compensation or any applicable Performance Standard required as a result of such proposed change.
