Written Evaluation. The faculty member’s Supervising Administrator shall formally 1777 evaluate the faculty member’s performance using the Faculty Self-Evaluation 1778 Performance Review form. 1779 a. Each non-tenured faculty member may be evaluated once in each of the years 1780 taught on contract. The overall evaluation process shall result in an evaluation as either “Unsatisfactory”, “Acceptable but needs improvement”, “Satisfactory”, or “Outstanding”.
Written Evaluation means a written report prepared by the administrative/supervisory staff member or members responsible for the supervision of that staff member.

  • Site evaluation means a comprehensive analysis of soil and site conditions for an OWTS.
