Common use of Evaluations/Admonitions Clause in Contracts

Evaluations/Admonitions. If the necessary reductions cannot be made at school(s) identified for reduction in force through voluntary means, as outlined in 26.2.1, then employees who have received unsatisfactory evaluation(s) in the current assignment or written admonition(s) within the period allowed by NRS 391.313 will next be reduced in force as solely determined by the Superintendent.
