Common use of Evening Premiums Clause in Contracts

Evening Premiums. An employee shall receive an evening premium of $1.50 per hour for all regular hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Effective October 31, 2011 the rate becomes $1.75 per hour.
