Meetings cannot be scheduled in the Founders Suite. • For dance practices, RSOs can book one room up to two days per week for no longer than two hours. RSO meetings and dance practices cannot be booked back to back. Dance practices cannot be scheduled in the Founders Suite or The Atrium. • To reserve the entire Xxxxx Ballroom for an event on Friday or Saturday night, a minimum guarantee of 500 guests is required. • Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. • Late Night Events (LNE) are considered any event on Friday or Saturday evenings starting at 11:30 p.m. or later in the Bone Student Center and must conclude by 2:30 a.m. Clients must follow the LNE Guidelines and must submit a LNE form to the Event Services and Catering Office no later than 45 calendar days prior to an event date that is being requested. All LNE must be approved by the Event Review Committee and the Client must agree to any additional requirements and costs based on an updated and approved Event Review Committee requirements before the reservation is confirmed.
