Event Giving Rise to Project Termination. NISP shall terminate and the process of winding-up of NISP shall be initiated upon the Enterprise Board’s adoption of a resolution of termination. Such resolution may be adopted after the Enterprise Board’s receipt of a written request from all XXXX Xxxxx 0 Participants to terminate XXXX Xxxxx 0 or NISP, or for other financial, legal or practical reasons that would make completion of XXXX Xxxxx 0 or NISP impracticable as determined by the Enterprise Board. The decision to adopt a resolution of termination shall be in the Enterprise Board’s discretion.
