If the Series 2002-B Notes have been accelerated during a Monthly Period after the occurrence of an Event of Default, or if an Early Redemption Event with respect to the Series 2002-B Notes occurs during a Monthly Period, or with respect to the Monthly Period immediately preceding any other date fixed for any other optional or mandatory redemption of the Series 2002-B Notes, the targeted deposit for the Series 2002-B Notes with respect to the Payment Date following such Monthly Period and each following Payment Date is equal to the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Series 2002-B Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period (taking into effect any reallocations on the following Payment Date).
