Events Affecting Integrity or Reputation. (a). During the Term, the Parties shall notify each other immediately of any circumstances of which they are aware and which could impair the integrity and reputation of Products or if a Party is threatened by or becomes aware of unlawful activity in relation to Products, including, but not limited to, deliberate tampering with or contamination of Products. In any such circumstances, the Parties shall use Diligent Efforts to limit any damage to the Parties and/or to Products. The Parties shall bring the matter to the attention of the other Party at the next Joint Steering Committee meeting to discuss and resolve such circumstances.
