Events Affecting Integrity or Reputation. The Parties shall notify each other immediately of any circumstances of which they are aware and which could impair the integrity and reputation of the Licensed Product or if a Party is threatened by the unlawful activity of any Third Party in relation to the Licensed Product, which circumstances shall include, by way of illustration, deliberate tampering with or contamination of the Licensed Product by any Third Party as a means of extorting payment from the Parties or another Third Party.
