Events Affecting Integrity or Reputation. The Parties shall notify each other immediately of any circumstances of which they are aware and which could impair the integrity and reputation of the Licensed Product or if a Party is threatened by the unlawful activity of any Third Party in relation to the Licensed Product, which circumstances shall include, by way of illustration, deliberate tampering with or contamination of the Licensed Product by any Third Party as a means of extorting payment from the Parties or another Third Party. In any such ***CERTAIN INFORMATION HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITH RESPECT TO THE OMITTED PORTIONS. circumstances, the Parties shall use Diligent Efforts to limit any damage to the Parties and/or to the Licensed Product. The Parties shall promptly call a Joint Steering Committee meeting to discuss and resolve such circumstances.
