Events of Default by Operator. The Operator shall be considered to be in default of this Agreement for failure to accept Acceptable Waste from Northampton County or its waste haulers or occasional individual Northampton County residents delivered to the Operator’s Facility under the terms of this Agreement, or failure to otherwise fulfill its material obligations under this Agreement.
