The Company shall be dissolved upon the happening of any of the following events: (a) The occurrence of any event which would make unlawful under the Laws of Delaware or the United States of America the continuing existence of the Company; (b) The vote of the Member; or (c) The bankruptcy, insolvency or dissolution of the Member.
