Events to occur on and from termination. If this Agreement is terminated: (a) on the effective date of termination, the parties must have returned or certified the destruction of the other party’s Confidential Information; and (b) from the effective date of termination, both parties must co-operate to transfer the Trader's Customers to another trader as soon as possible after the date of termination so that the Trader ceases to trade on the Network.
