Upon termination of this Agreement by either party for breach or default of the other party, each party shall be entitled to exercise any other right, remedy, or privilege which may be available to it under applicable law or proceed by appropriate court action to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to recover damages for the breach of this Agreement.
