Events Upon Termination. Promptly upon any termination of this Agreement, (a) TMLS shall deactivate Subscriber’s user ID and password, and Subscriber shall have no further access to the TMLS Service; (b) Subscriber shall purge all copies of the TMLS Software and the TMLS Database from Subscriber’s personal computers; (c) all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate; and
