Common use of Evidence Collection Clause in Contracts

Evidence Collection. Should any construction equipment and or material, regardless of ownership or possession, be involved in an occurrence, it will be the right and the duty of the General Contractor/Project Owner, to collect and store all such equipment in a safe and secure place until such time as the equipment is formally released by claims adjustment personnel representing the Legion Insurance Company or Legion Indemnity.
