Common use of Evidence of Action by the Dime Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Action by the Dime. (a) Each of the Company and the Bank has certified to the Trustee the name or names of any person or persons authorized to act for it on Appendix IV hereto. Unless the Company or the Bank notifies the Trustee, in a notice signed by its Secretary or by an Assistant Secretary, that any person listed on Appendix IV to this Trust Agreement is no longer authorized to act for the Company or the Bank, the Trustee may continue to rely upon the authority of such person. The Company or the Bank may certify to the Trustee, in a notice signed by its Secretary or by an Assistant Secretary, the names of any additional persons authorized to act for the Company or the Bank. Appendix IV shall be deemed to be revised to reflect any additions or deletions made in accordance with this Section 8.1(a).
