In addition to the documents required by Section 17.0517.06, the Trustee shall receive an Officer’s Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any supplemental indenture executed pursuant hereto complies with the requirements of this Article 10 and is permitted or authorized by this Indenture and that Indenture, is the supplemental indenture constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Company enforceable in accordance with its terms., subject to customary assumptions, qualifications and exceptions. ​
