Common use of Evidence of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Compliance. Upon request by Xxxxxxx, Grantee shall promptly furnish Grantor with certification that, to the best of Grantee's knowledge, Grantor is in compliance with the obligations of Grantor contained herein, or that otherwise evidence the status of this Restriction to the extent of Xxxxxxx's knowledge thereof.

Evidence of Compliance. Upon request by XxxxxxxGrantor, Grantee shall promptly furnish Grantor with certification that, to the best of Grantee's knowledge, Grantor is in compliance with the obligations of Grantor contained herein, or that otherwise evidence the status of this Restriction to the extent of XxxxxxxGrantee's knowledge thereof.

Upon request by Xxxxxxx, Grantee shall promptly furnish Grantor with certification that, to the best of GranteeXxxxxxx's knowledge, Grantor is in compliance with the obligations of Grantor contained herein, or that otherwise evidence evidences the status of this Restriction to the extent of Xxxxxxx's knowledge thereof.
