Evidence of Legal Authority to Lease and Operate the Aircraft. No later than thirty days after the Delivery Date, the Lessee shall have obtained all licenses, permits and approvals required with respect to the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority or Applicable Law for the lease of the Aircraft, and for the commercial operation thereof by the Lessee, and Lessee shall provide Lessor with certified copies of such; provided, however, that if Lessee is unable to obtain the requisite approvals by such date despite its diligent efforts to do so, such date shall be extended, subject to Lessor's consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
