Common use of Evidence of Non-Payment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Non-Payment. Any certificate, advice, or bill of the appropriate official designated by law to make or issue the same or to receive payment of any Imposition asserting non-payment of such Imposition shall be prima facie evidence that such Imposition is due and unpaid at the time of the making or issuance of such certificate, advice, or bill, at the time or date stated therein. Immediately upon Xxxxxx’s receipt of any such certificate, advice, or bill, Xxxxxx deliver a copy of the same to District.
