Evidence of Payment of Tax. If a Relevant Borrower makes any payment hereunder or under the other Loan Documents in respect of which it is required to make any deduction or withholding, it shall pay the full amount required to be deducted or withheld to the relevant taxation or other authority within the time allowed for such payment under applicable Requirements of Law and shall, as promptly as reasonably practicable thereafter, deliver to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders to which such payment was made evidence of payment as is reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
