Notification of Status. Each Holder shall provide written notice to the Company within ten Business Days from the first day on which the Holder no longer holds Registrable Securities.

Each Bank shall notify the Agent if it is not a Qualifying Lender at the time it becomes a Bank hereunder and shall promptly notify the Agent if at any time thereafter it ceases to be a Qualifying Lender. The Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower of any notices it receives under this Clause 10.8 and if it ceases to be a Qualifying Lender.
Notification of Status. Because the district values its teachers, it will provide information related to employment in a timely fashion. Teachers on Special Assignment will have a written agreement with the district and a copy of such agreement will be provided to the president of the Association. When a prospective teacher is offered a position with the district he/she will be provided in writing clear information regarding employment status, including information on classification, change of classification, assignment, and transfer. An individual teacher in this classification may request an additional meeting with the APT President and Human Resources Director for further clarification.
Notification of Status. On or before May 15 or as required by law of each year, the Board shall give to each non-tenure Teacher continuously employed since the preceding September 30 either:
1. A written offer of a contract for employment for the next succeeding year providing for at least the same terms and conditions of employment but with such increase in salary and benefits as may be required by law or agreement between the Board and the Association, or
2. A written notice that such employment shall not be offered.
Notification of Status. The Company shall notify employees at date of hiring that they are to be considered full time or part time. This may be changed from time to time depending on their recognized work schedule. The Union shall be notified, in writing, of employee status.
Notification of Status. 1. On or before May 15 of each year the Board shall give to each non-tenure member continuously employed since the preceding September 30 either:
a. A written offer of a contract for employment for the next succeeding year providing for at least the same terms and conditions of employment, but with such increases in salary and benefits as may be required by law or agreement between the Board and the Association, or
b. A written notice that such employment shall not be offered.
Notification of Status. J.1. As per N.J.S.A. 18A:27-10, the Board shall give to each nontenure teacher continuously employed since the preceding September 30th either:
J.1.a. A written offer of a contract for employment for the next succeeding year providing for usual termination clause on notice, but with such increases in salary and benefits as may be required by law or agreement between the Board and the Association; or
J.1.b. A written notice that such employment shall not be offered.
J.1.c. If the nontenured teacher desires to accept such employment, they shall notify the Board of such acceptance in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of such offer.
Notification of Status. On or before May 15 of each year, the Board shall give to each employee employed in the preceding year, either:
i. A written offer of a contract for the next succeeding year providing for such increases in salary and benefits as may be required by law or Agreement between the Board and the Association. Employment by the Board is at will, but in no case be beyond one (1) contract year, and must be renewed annually, or;
ii. A written notice that such employment shall not be offered.
iii. If the employee desires to accept such employment, he shall notify the Board of such acceptance in writing within ten (10) days in which event such employment shall continue as provided herein.
iv. Any employee employed prior to February 1st of any school year shall be given full credit for one (1) year of service toward the next increment step for the following year.
Notification of Status. On or before such date as is required by law, the Board shall give to each non- tenured teaching staff member continuously employed by it since the preceding September 30th either:
