Common use of Evidence of Payment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payment. Within thirty (30) days after the date of any payment by any Borrower of Taxes or Other Taxes, such Borrower shall furnish to Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt evidencing payment thereof, or other evidence of payment satisfactory to Agent.
