Common use of Evidence of Payment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payment. Within 30 days after the date of any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes, the Obligors will furnish to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt evidencing payment thereof or other documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payment.
