Common use of Evidence of Payment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 9, the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower Borrowers to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 92.17, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 9Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 9Authority, the but only if requested by a Lender, such Borrower shall deliver to the such Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the such Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the applicable Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 9Section, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 9Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 93(i), the applicable Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower Borrowers to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 9Section, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 92.15, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 92.09, the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 93(i), the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 92.16, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.
