Common use of Evidence of Payment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the Borrowers shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.179, the Borrowers Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Borrowers any Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.17Authority, the Borrowers but only if requested by a Lender, such Borrower shall deliver to the such Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the such Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.17Section, the Borrowers Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.173(i), the Borrowers Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.17Authority, the Borrowers Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.172.09, the Borrowers Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers applicable Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.17Section, the Borrowers shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers any Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.173(i), the Borrowers applicable Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.172.16, the Borrowers Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.172.15, the Borrowers Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.172.16, the Borrowers Borrower shall deliver deliver, or shall cause the delivery, to the Lender Lenders the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the LenderLenders.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrowers Borrower to a Governmental Authority pursuant to this Section 2.17Section, the Borrowers Borrower shall deliver to the Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment, payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.
