Common use of Evidence of Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Agent Lessor and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the applicable Lessee with respect to such Property satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.

Evidence of Property Insurance. The Administrative Agent Lessor and the Administrative Agent Lessor shall have received evidence that the insurance maintained by the applicable Lessee with respect to such Property satisfies the requirements set forth in Article XIII of the Master Lease, setting forth the respective coverage, limits of liability, carrier, policy number and period of coverage.
