Evidence of Replacement. Promptly following the replacement of any Specified Lender in accordance with this Section 3.08, Administrative Agent will distribute an amended Schedule 2.02, which will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement, to reflect changes in the identities of Lenders and adjustments of their respective Commitments or Percentage Shares, as applicable, resulting from any such removal or replacement.
