Evidence of Rights of Bondholders. Any request, consent or other instrument required or permitted by this Bond Indenture to be signed and executed by Bondholders may be in any number of concurrent instruments of substantially similar tenor and shall be signed or executed by such Bondholders in person or by an agent or agents duly appointed in writing. The Trustee may nevertheless in its discretion require further proof in cases where it deems further proof desirable, and may require the production of any bond registration books or bonds, and shall not be bound to recognize any person as the owner thereof unless and until his title to the bonds held by him is proved in a manner satisfactory to the Trustee. Any request, consent, consent or other instrument or writing assent of the Holder registered owner of any Bond bond shall bind every all future Holder owners of the same Bond and the Holder of every Bond bond, or any bond or bonds issued in exchange therefor lieu thereof or in lieu thereofexchange therefor, in respect of anything done done, omitted or suffered to be done by the Trustee or the Issuer in accordance therewith or reliance thereonpursuance thereof.
